Important Pricing Information

We display all product prices in USD for easy reference for our worldwide customers. However, our payment gateway deducts payments in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), as it is based in Indonesia. The amount deducted from your card is based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase, which may vary from day to day. If you request a refund, it will be done at the same exchange rate that was used at the time of your purchase.

Please note that some banks may use their own exchange rates when deducting from your card. If you have any questions or concerns about how your bank handles currency exchange, we recommend that you contact them directly for more information.

Payment Failure Notices and What They Mean

“Do not Honor” – This error may occur if your credit card provider/bank declines the payment, particularly when it is an international transaction made online. Please contact your bank or try using a different credit card that has previously been used for an international online payment.

“Insufficient Funds” – Ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit card. Sometimes, your bank may charge a fee for currency exchange.

“Restricted Card” – If you encounter this error, you need to call your credit card bank or use another credit card to make the payment.

“Failed” – If you have failed to make a payment multiple times, try again after 24 hours or use a different credit card.

“Invalid Card Number” – Double-check if the card number you entered is correct.

“Transaction Not Allowed” – This error may indicate that the payment method is not permitted for online international transactions. Please contact your credit card bank or use a different card that has been used before for an international online payment.

“Exceeds Withdrawal Limit” – Contact your credit card bank to resolve this error.

“Lost Card” – If your card has been lost, please call your credit card bank or use a different credit card that has previously been used for an international online payment.

“Invalid Message” – Check if the name, contact information, and billing address are correct.

“Expired Card” – Make sure to check the expiration date of your credit card before attempting to make a payment.
