To provide a better shopping experience, we are confident enough to accept returns on any unsatisfied order! Our warranty lasts for 7 days from the date your order was received, please note if 7 days has gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund & Returns Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION
We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction with their purchases. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we are committed to resolving any concerns in the most effective and efficient way possible.
Therefore, we may allow returns or refunds at the discretion of our customer service team based on the issue that the customer has reported. We take each issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure that we fully understand the situation and can provide the best possible resolution.
To help us assess the issue, we kindly request that customers provide clear pictures and/or videos of the problem they are facing.
Please note that our returns and refunds policy lasts for 7 days only. We are no longer liable for any issues reported after 7 days from the date of receipt of order.

FOR AN ELIGIBLE RETURN
We would like to emphasize that all returns are subject to the discretion of our customer service team. This means that your item(s) can only be eligible for return if our team has granted approval based on the issue reported. We take each issue on a case-by-case basis to ensure that we can provide the best possible solution for our customers.
If your request for an item return has been approved by our customer service team, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when returning the item:
1. The item is in its original condition at the time it was received.
2. All tags, accessories, and other items included in the item’s packaging should still be intact.

If your item is in the following conditions, we are unable to allow a return:
1. There are missing tags, accessories, or other items included in the item’s packaging.
2. The item has been worn. (Not including trying on of the item)
3. If an item has been kept in storage, despite not being worn, for more than 7 days.

NOTE: Before any returns process, our customer service team will request for a clear photo and/or video of the condition of the item to ensure it is eligible for a return.
In the event that you wish to return an item that has no defects or issues, and simply want to change it due to a change of mind or preference, please note that an exchange fee worth 15% of the item’s value will be incurred. Our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information regarding this fee during the returns process, so you can make an informed decision.
We want to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience with us, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

STEPS TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND:
Submit a ticket request on our website and be as detailed as possible while filling in the information.
After submission, allow our inspection team up to 48 hours to decide wether or not your order meets our free refund/exchange policy. If disapproved, a 15% exchange fee will be incurred to proceed with your request.
Upon approval for any Exchange or Refund, you will have to submit your return/shipping slip to us via our ticket form or email us at services@freakersinfo.com , and we will send you another email to notify you that we have confirmed your request. We will also notify you once your new item/order is being delivered.
*If for any reason you are not satisfied, kindly contact one of our support team from Telegram or Instagram to resolve your issue.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Once our customer service team has inspected the condition of the item(s) and allowed a return, clear instructions will be given for the return based on your country.
For our customers based in the United States, we are pleased to offer a convenient return shipping label that can be printed from the comfort of your own home and attached to the return parcel. You can then arrange for the parcel to be picked up or dropped off at your local post office. The cost of the return will depend on the nature of the issue with your item and will be determined by our customer service team.
For customers outside of the United States, you will need to make arrangements for the return of your parcel. This may involve obtaining a shipping label from the postal service or an online provider. Of course, we will do what we can to assist and make it as hassle-free as possible for you. Once again, the cost of the return will be determined based on the nature of the issue with your item and will be handled by either you or our customer service team.
Rest assured that we will provide clear and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return process to ensure that it is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

FOR AN ELIGIBLE REFUND
As mentioned in the General Information section, all refunds allowed are at the discretion of our customer service team. We take all issues on a case-to-case basis in order to provide the most fair and best resolutions to all unsatisfied orders.
Refunds may be eligible for the following conditions:
1. An item has been received with a defect(s) before it was worn.
2. The item received is of the wrong size/color/design.
Refunds will not be allowed for the following conditions:
1. The request for refund is solely based on a change of mind or preference. We may only allow a return and refund in store credits in this event.
2. The issue of the item is reported beyond 7 days from the receipt of order.
3. The item is not in its original condition, has been worn, damaged or has missing tags/accessories (that are not due to our error).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled for a refund within 48 hours after the order was placed.
In rare cases, if your order has not been shipped out after our processing period of 5 to 10 business days (from the date of order), we will allow cancellation for refund as well.
In the event that your card has been charged more than once for one order, we will ensure to refund the amount within 24 to 72 hours from the date of order.
